Harvest Festival & Chili Cook-Off
The annual Harvest Festival & Chili Cook-Off is a favorite for locals and tourist. The event kicks off in the morning with the Murphy Museum Craft Expo, followed by the Pie & Dessert Contest (all entries are welcome), chili tasting gets underway at 11 am. Begin at the Visitor Center to purchase your ballot and map for $5. Then stroll the downtown merchants to sample their chili recipes. Vote for your favorite at the end!
